PRIVACY POLICY

Kendrick Champagnes and Fine Wines are committed to the principles of data protection. 

We are committed to respecting the personal data you supply us with. We collect your name, and contact details and other personal information you provide when you open an account with us.

We use this information to process your orders and contact you about your orders, if this is necessary.

We may also occasionally contact you to provide you with information such as Christmas or bank holiday closures, vintage updates, awards, etc.

If you don’t wish to receive this information from us please let us know by phone, or email, or by post, but we still need to retain your contact information for processing orders.

If you would like to know the contact data we hold about you please contact us by phone, email or post.

If you think any information we hold about you is incorrect you should notify us.  Any information which is wrong will be corrected as soon as possible. We strive to protect the security of information which you have provided and will use appropriate security measures to safeguard such data.

By using our services you agree to us using your data in the way set out in this policy, unless you tell us to the contrary.

GoCardless, whom we use to process Direct Debit payments, does this in accordance with GDPR since coming into effect on 25 May 2018. Please see their

Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing beforehand by the Company, and therefore cannot be returned once delivery has been dispatched.
